When left to my own devices, my favorite way to cook is to make one dish meals. This one is cheese tortellini, rotisserie chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, a few olives and tomato sauce. Yum!

Where does the time go? We are 1/12th finished with 2010. The Olympics are just around the corner. Before we know it Leno will be back at his 11:35pm slot and the Heroes season will be over.
